No clue or care where I land on the wealth scale, but being able to go on vacation and not worry about a budget or expenses ranks really high in *feeling* wealthy. Hope all of you get there too 🤟

The muscle bros will hate this, but as you get into your late 40's and 50's, mobility becomes equally as important as adding muscle imo. If all you do is heavy lifts, you're going to end up a pretty strong person who can barely move.

Hired a new attendant to help at the wash and he's a total bozo. Constantly goofing off and texting his girlfriend. This dude needs to be in a different line of work 🤦‍♂️

Nice to see this story blowing up. Be sure to mash that follow for @KrissBergTweets , my intent is to make this timeline a master class in business. After 20 years as an entrepreneur I’ve made a ton of mistakes. Follow along and I’ll help you avoid them.

Family Preparedness. You don't have to be a weirdo prepper to understand that you need to be prepared. Mega storms, wildfires, power outages, food shortages, these are not outlier events. You need to stockpile some stuff. Here's a list to get you started, written by a friend

That's an eye surgeon, btw. I assumed he was flat out lying or at the very least exaggerating to make himself look good. I thought it was a ploy for a raise, tbh. But then little things would happen. .

Lot of weird myths and lies about offshore workers and VA's. Some folks calling it a 'digital sweatshop' and 'slavery'. Y'all are wildin. That's not my experience at all. Want to be inspired? This is Muhammad, he's worked for us for 12 years now. His story is amazing.

It seems like there is an opportunity to create the pickle ball of golf. With rising land and resource costs it seems like there’s a place for something between Topgolf and a full 18 hole course. Sort of a long par 3 course? Don’t know, just occurred to me.

Here’s a serious narrative violation: my bud makes $600k per year working 10 hours a week while owning… a plumbing company. Honestly I wouldn’t believe it I didn’t trust and know this guy really well. And it wasn't easy in the beginning. But here’s how he does it. First off,.

I've literally dug ditches and scooped poop for work. I bucked hay and pulled acres of weeds in 100deg heat. I've worked in underground coal mines and seen tunnels collapse on my friends. I've done chest compressions on a very dead young lady who just rolled her car while.

We copied Costco. We had clients who took our CBD products religiously but complained about the price. So we created a buyers club. $93/yr you can buy all you want, at cost. Dropped $230k straight to the bottom line last year.

This is probably my most marked-up biz book. Keith is the 'Rich Dad' in Rich Dad/Poor Dad (true story). It's a manual for running a business and in a format that you can just flip to a chapter, read it in 10 minutes and set it down. Must-have for any business owner imo.

Crossed a big milestone this year: I will personally make seven figs for the 1st time. The best part: will pay about a 5% income tax rate. How?. Combination of cash-flowing, asset-light businesses (ecom) with asset-heavy, active commercial real estate. $$$ combo. AMA.
