@edwinsifuna @PaulMMwangi @ODPP_KE I think @PaulMMwangi is right. There's a general feeling from all Kenyans that the Judiciary is stretching too much or even misinterpreting "presumption of innocence". The courts should strike a balance in guaranteeing accused rights and defending public interest.
