Basically your search results will only point to 'trusted sources' like Mayo Clinic, WebMD, Harvard Health, etc.

Gas is not an indication of wether a food is good for you or not. It's purely reflective of the state of your microbiome.
How do I know? Because I fell into this trap until I was only eating a handful of foods.
Took a lot of work to fix it. Zero problems with onions today.
