@jhediting @Jayce_On_ Itâs just grass-fed, grass-finished ground beef. I always enjoy that, the key is buying from a farm that engages in the most natural practices. Youâre not going to do better than ruminants really.

@Jayce_On_ No I donât. The glycogen in meats like eggs and liver is suboptimal. It doesnât spike blood sugar but I do start to get similar symptoms of congestion and anxiety or unease when I eat them similar to plants.

@Morbidful In the search for quick fixes, we always end up causing more harm to ourselves. Stop visiting these medical "professionals". It's all about levels of how much they can fuck everything up and ruin your life. Roll the dice and it could be your life that's ruined completely.
