(3/3) So what can we do? Teach people early and teach people often that there is value in diversity. Teach people to not hide from new ideas and perspectives, but instead embrace them. That’s how you get the best outcomes in work and in life. Highly recommend this book for all.

Something that you missed is someone who has skill sets that you don't have. So for example if you are a technical founder who has never been exposed to Sales or Marketing, you should be looking for Angels with strengths in those areas.

Every sales team is going to have bad reps. It would be foolish to not pick a product you want because of an interaction with one rep.
I would reach out to someone in leadership via LinkedIn, express you’ve had a less than ideal experience and ask for a different rep.

Many startups *would* reach PMF, but they fail to think about the GTM aspect - getting their product in the hands of users in order to validate if they’ve got something special. Most common mistake I see is founders spending years building product, but not actually distributing

It’s our favorite piece of technology… when it works. We’ve had the misfortune of waking up in a sopping wet puddle twice now when the pod bursts, and their support is challenging at best. Would still recommend, but have a blowup mattress at the ready.
