1. Adjust expectations. Everything is different: ramp, time to close, contract terms, etc 2. Dedicate focus. Seller to both SMB & Ent will always focus on SMB because its faster/easier. 3. Raise prices. Low prices in Ent are looked at w skepticism. Higher price==serious product

5. Advice on Scaling from SMBs to Enterprise Treat an enterprise account like 80 little accounts. It’s a big global conglomerate with different P&Ls, regions, and problems. I’m such a believer in an ecosystem building approach to venture, and it’s hard to think of a better example of this than @firstround’s Angel Track. Radical transparency and generosity from the First Round crew, alongside amazing operator-investors (like @KillCreek!).
