Took my dog to see my Nana with late stage Alzheimer’s. Dog jumped on arm of chair and gave her a big kiss. She was half asleep and told him to get down by name. No clue who we were but she knew Loki ☺️

Aww! Peggy is 8 weeks and 2 days old.
We got a call on Friday saying she was the only one left and needed to go. So mad dash for food litter etc and she arrived Friday evening. We had already planned getting our pup this week.

All of the above 🫤 I was a ‘gifted’ child and only started thinking about being ND was when I was helping S with his diagnosis. I have physical disabilities now but I’d never even considered myself being on the spectrum.

It’s awful and degrading. I have multiple health conditions and was lucky to get one of the good assessors who actually listened. But the people at the DWP can be rude and condescending. The process is convoluted and difficult.

We’ve had our first hiss and swipe. Rhona went a bit rough, Peggy held her own. No damage.
Rhona is very clingy right now but I’ve been making sure to give Peggy loving. Peggy was purring when I was stroking her (I was holding Rhona)

I’ve hung out with ‘scary bikers’ and they are the most genuine lovely people I have ever met. I always wanted an 883 sporty but now I’m disabled it’s not possible. I’m tattooed and pierced but I’d put a kids life before mine.

When I taught healthy eating, I didn’t mention Kcal. I taught vitamins and minerals and how much of each minimum was required. Then did an exercise of a meal for 4 with a set budget to show how difficult ‘healthy’ diets were on a small budget.
