Harry is still being kept as Invictus patron because of the 6-digit donations he gave in the last financial years. It's all in the IGF's annual reports.

@glenn0030651 @freedom_007__ Did you know that he was given a desk job at the Army to help organise military events like Invictus and quit the service a year after the game was launched? That's a lot of puff going on in there. He simply can't do that without the approval of the MOD.

@freedom_007__ The Queen knew what William was capable of, she mentored him, she knew that the monarchy is assured under William 's watch, even if the media branded him as work shy, etc. H and his enablers must be feeling so screwed by H's disloyalty and stupidity. Wasted efforts.

@freedom_007__ Long before H became patron of WWW, Help for Heroes had been eyeing Prince William to become its patron. He was also popular as appeal patron for military charities even before the R Foundation was born. The official KP line was both brothers will not take military patronages.

When Harry was doing all the fronting and talking while Prince William was raising funds for his little brother's rebranding as wounded veterans' patron to erase his bad boy image and "unconscious bias" and keep him busy so he won't play with "substances". Welcome to 🧵🧵🧵🧵🧵
On May 7, 2012, Harry made it clear he was accepting an award for his work with wounded veterans on Prince William’s behalf & the RF, in recognition that William was as involved in a project he would officially launch two weeks later. 20/27

@Carole1258 Harry deserves some credit but to say he founded it is an outright lie. The Royal Foundation founded Endeavour Fund and Invictus Games and he was assigned to champion these projects as patron and frontman.

Now, let’s talk about how INVICTUS GAMES really began. In July 2012, 10 months before Harry got busy scribbling, then RF Chairman Lord R.B. Janvrin, wrote in the TRF Annual Accounts 2011 that “Warrior Games is a theme the Foundation WILL BUILD ON IN THE FUTURE”. 4/16
