They say to rest 5 minutes before taking blood pressure. Instead, doctor’s offices have you sprint from the waiting room, sit down, and immediately answer 14 questions while checking your vitals. Then they act surprised when our BP is elevated.

Just because you don’t see something doesn’t mean it isn’t there. Invisible illnesses are just as real and debilitating as visible ones.

Doing a deep dive into this, can’t seem to find much information except this one news story. My only guess is that he suffered from multiple system atrophy or familial dysautonomia since those are the only two forms of dysautonomia that can be fatal. Unfortunate regardless.
