they are getting the numbers the same way they are getting numbers about the sick, injured, amputated, etc. it is standard practice to see a doctor when you've had a miscarriage. these doctors are recording the numbers. it's as simple as that, except it's likely higher than 300%.

yes, true. they're simply comparing the numbers of women that saw a doctor about their miscarriages prior to Oct 7th vs now.
there are even LESS women now visiting the doctor for this. so again, it's likely much higher than 300%, because some women that would have gone can't.

they're starving, they're thirsty, the injured don't have anesthesia or painkillers, they're cold. they're SICK, so unbelievably sick, the reports of various sicknesses range from the thousands to the hundred thousands. they're tired, they can't sleep due to discomfort and noise.
