I'm not trying to vilify AI as a tool, but here's my concern about AI art:
It's industrialized plagiarism.
Artists put time and effort into developing skills to create something, which is data-mined to flood the market with derivatives that out-compete them with sheer quantity.

So AI art... Clearly a topic that many people have strong feelings & disagreements about. Tools can be used for good or ill.
Boiled down, this is my issue: Art is a human expression rooted in experiences and emotions. Algorithms have no soul and create derivatives of said art.

Even if they can't heal spinal injuries and whatnot, some form of magical levitation is usually a thing.

The more I look into the current state of AI art the uglier it gets...
The list of artists that Midjourney data mined without their consent is VERY long.
By the way, until AI becomes self-aware and has emotions this is not comparable to artists taking inspirations from others.
To anyone saying AI art is a tool for disabled artists, I want yall to know that MY WORK IS A PROMPT IN MIDJOURNEY. "Sara Winters" is on this list. I- a BLIND ARTIST- am being directly stolen from. I am blind and I create, not extrapolate.
Think on that for a moment.

Oh no, fiddling with AI software is so much work... Compared to actually drawing it yourself? Yeah, nah.
The only reason AI is able to generate anything is because a whole of artwork made by real people was fed into it. Most of it copyrighted, and that's the actual problem.

Yep, that's an archer build. Almost everyone draws female archers as skinny super models, but 120+ lb draw weights require considerable strength. You can even tell who the longbowmen were by looking at their skeletons. :)

I think using AI art to transform or enhance basic sketches or even full lineart you create is perfectly legitimate. Generating imagines from scratch is too, as long as the AI wasn't trained on copyrighted material, and as long as people don't claim they drew it themselves.

So Twitter is telling me that two-factor authentication will be for Twitter Blue accounts only (turning the most basic feature into a paid premium option, nice). If I don't disable it by a certain time I lose access. But when I try to disable it I get an error.
