When I found out not everyone can just sort of visualize the object rotating in their head I was surprised, and some people can't even visualize at all. But there are always ways around that like this useful trick. Don't let anything hold you back from practicing art!

A few minutes to give some text prompts that it generates art from in minutes versus an artist that can take days or weeks, hmm, yes I'm sure companies definitely won't find that worth it. It's not just about where it's at now, you're pretending this won't continue to improve.

Nothing they said was wrong. These AI are trained on art taken from the internet without consent, without the real art training data, it wouldn't produce anything at all. Yes it doesn't just directly copy the work, but it's still essentially just blending/warping a ton of art.

This is actually somewhat untrue. The main reason heavy lifters have big stomachs is due to the mass quantity of food they eat to maintain mass, stretching their stomach. They also tend not to practice stomach vacuums that strengthen inner muscles which pull the belly in.

Protein is much harder to put weight on with. It takes the body significant energy to convert it to fat stores, and only a small part of protein can be. Without carbs your body will be in heavy ketosis, which means it will be burning fats for energy instead of glucose.

The idea is that your eyes are welling up and so it floods and leaks out the outside. The majority won't come out the outter edge in real life of course but it's a nice stylistic choice that gives the tears more impact.

No, if it's actually artificial intelligence, it'll rely more on understanding, like a human does, instead of a rigid memory of all of humanity's works just to derive something passable on occassion. So it would be less like theft, as it would require much less referential data.

I'd be careful about instantly labeling someone's art AI. There's a reason so much AI art looks like this, as it consumed a lot of such art, there aren't any clear issues that stand out in this. It could of course be touched up, but no way to know for sure without vid evidence.

This team still made everything themselves, it's a fine homage to Cuphead and the old "rubber hose" animation style that Cuphead certainly does not have a claim to. They are still working on ways to differentiate their gameplay more though.

Might not from exact technical sense, but can infer a lot from how we grow. Humans don't look at millions of works to learn to do similar, we progressively build from our base foundational understandings, layering concepts that further direct the adaption of more complex concepts

No, obesity simply made it more likely to have died when catching Covid. They wouldn't have died if they didn't contract covid. Thus, getting the vaccine would have drastically helped prevent that.
mRNA vaccines by method of action are incredibly safe, as the numbers have shown.

Apart from pushes for legislation & tools to combat unethical genAI, the most important thing people can do is continue to speak up & spread awareness, to help others understand. At the end of the day, public perception has more control over behavior than any legislation can.

The Spiderman/Wolverine *series* really set up global recognition for the Marvel brand, not just among comic lovers. It put Marvel forefront & center in the public's minds in a way it never really was put before. Blade was an iconic movie for sure, but not seen as Marvel to most.

To expand on that, basically in a situation where a bevel would have to subdivide, such as an inset bevel, Maya at least tries to do some of the grunt-work for you in keeping quads at the subdivision. Here is a clip of cycling bevel segments in Blender and then Maya.
