Brother, his wife and my niece all live one street over from Kent and Laurier. Had to rent an office to get any work done as the incessant noise was unbearable. He said rarely saw ANY police on Kent and Laurier, throughout most of the occupation-almost like tacit agreement made.

Absolutely! Why are school offices air conditioned but not classrooms? Windows are mostly locked (cranks removed) to prevent them being opened; 30 students packed into small space exacerbates unsafe temps. Studies prove students learning negatively affected in hot environment.

Thanks to Ottawa Fire for their quick response tonight for carbon monoxide leak in our home. They zeroed in on the culprit which was not thankfully our new furnace but instead our 15 year old gas range. Such great service and professionalism!
