City staff are not interested in keeping the hill open.
This will take Council intervention to direct staff to develop a plan to likely use part of the hill, mitigate risks and keep a public asset open to the public.
NEW: The city of Ottawa has concluded the hill at Mooney's Bay Park is not safe for sledding, and will install "robust temporary seasonal fencing" to discourage people from tobogganing this winter.
