This is not uncommon. It's a detox response happening in the body. We've seen it last 2-3 days at most then go away. I recommend drinking a smaller dose and working you're way up.

Have worked my way up to 3 or 4 minutes on a good day... then I must stop to rest to get back home. So I don't go very far... but it's progress compared to the last 3 years with severe long covid. I used to easily walk 1-hour one way carrying many bags of groceries, and golfed
