@CiaraGlenville I'm not. Stomach wad reacting weirdly to a supplement which had a bunch of stuff including some b vitamins so I stopped it a few months ago. Just the b12 for the last many months out of the b vitamins.

@Naomi_D_Harvey I take magnesium regularly so that should be okay. But good shout on the b2. I'll check ๐๐ผ

@Naomi_D_Harvey Considering I've been taking only b12 for months I'm assuming levels are up so folate should be good. But maybe i should test my b12 levels first (for whatever they're worth). What I really need to get started is b1. Maybe methylfolate first and then get into thiamine land
