@CiaraGlenville I'm not. Stomach wad reacting weirdly to a supplement which had a bunch of stuff including some b vitamins so I stopped it a few months ago. Just the b12 for the last many months out of the b vitamins.

@AmandaB55744931 Ah interesting. I surprisingly don't have MTHFR mutation. Don't know about the latter. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

@Naomi_D_Harvey Considering I've been taking only b12 for months I'm assuming levels are up so folate should be good. But maybe i should test my b12 levels first (for whatever they're worth). What I really need to get started is b1. Maybe methylfolate first and then get into thiamine land

So fed up of collecting a constellation of illnesses and conditions that only have this shit to offer in terms of treatment (and the "supportive care" is inevitably some "bandaid on a gaping wound" form of physiotherapy)

Well actually there's also abdominal discomfort and sometimes pain while/after urinating. So there's something going on but urine tests and kidney tests are always fine and this has been happening on and off for more than a year now.
