though experience in the field may help with primary care. in my opinion, allowing nurses to assume MD roles may not be ethical. it misaligns with their role as nurse. it also deprives px to be seen by an MD. it will eventually lead to whole new level of problems in the future.

I pretty much agree to this. Those w/ high pretest probability would benefit more. This day & age of Doctor Google enlightened patients seem to make things worse for many patients resulting in unnecessary tests; just quill their anxiety.

FFR / IFR are guides, not the decision makers. For discrete focal lesions, FFR is better. Personally, for this type of lesion, I would go for PCI (even if IFR is normal).
