@nihardesai7 @BrownJHM @NicoGagelmann @nickmmark @DrAkhilX @schowardjd @DGlaucomflecken @KirtanPatolia @MorphologyAmigo Vitreal haemorrhage. Intra-ocular bleeding is classified as life-threatening bleeding while on anticoagulation. Obviously check INR and may warrant reversal with vit K or FFP if deranged or expanding bleed. Generally vitreal hemorrhage is self resolving.

@rashlessdoctor Pretty well but if there's a concomitant cause of microcytosis (say IDA), it could confound things.
