you still get your eyes tested by a professional to determine if you need glasses and what strength lenses you need if so, at least in the uk there’s nhs funding towards glasses and eye testing for certain groups, there was research into correct treatment like laser eye surgery

Autists, once they realize they are Autistic, often develop a very accurate ability to “sense” other Autists.
Also, Autistic people *tend* to intrinsically get along well together, relatively speaking (it’s called the Double Empathy Problem).
