@SultanMahmoodMD @drakashshukla3 @arunvaidya212 @hsid_h Although anal involvement is a risk, last two similar patients presented with incontinence with very weak anal tone probably due to polyps chronically popping out and impairing effective sphincter closure. May be some narrowing would be therapeutic else have to dilate I guess

True about the data, even more scarce data for >90%, or circumferential ones which says the risks are high but the numbers reported are too low to conclude anything and about the prophylactic role of steroids.
