TB:
- necrotizing (caseating), >400 microns, multiple (>5/hpf), submucosa, confluent
Crohn's:
- non-necrotizing, <200 microns, infrequent, mucosa, non-confluent
tl;dr: TB granulomas are larger, 'deeper' and more extensive.
