as a culture, we don’t prioritize moving our bodies every day.
beer after work, low protein intake, traffic, negative messaging around “lifting weights” for women.
what else is causing this friction?
Only about 50 lakhs or 0.3% of Indians go to a gym. Strength training is integral to increasing healthspan & we need more to focus on this.
