Side note, I’ve personally reasearched this segment of light rail. It has reduced traffic by 7,800 VPD and helped densify the corridor. It’s very good transit.

Not true at all. One of my jobs is working at a natural grocery store. We have plenty of employees who are "worth the hours" but you can only do so much with scheduling when corporate comes down with the iron first and mandates store-wide hour cuts.
