@Electradyne112 Totally get it. But the days of shaping downtown for people who wish to park directly in front of their destination as if it’s a strip mall are over. There are plenty who see things in our urban core that folks like you do not.

@JoshJunker2 Based on past performance, 20,000 may seem aggressive, but Surber had the right idea. Downtown should be our Manhattan and Over-the-Rhine should be Brooklyn. And, as I've said repeatedly, there is no density battle downtown. There won't be any arguments over, ahem, 5 1/2 feet.
