@sabqorg اعتقد المسئولية الكبرى تقع على القطاعات الصحيه لان المريض يدخل اليه اليأس من وجود واسطة لفتح ملف والعلاج في مستشفى حكومي. ففي ١٩٩٥ م يبحث المريض عن واسطة للعلاج والان في ٢٠٢١ م مازال يبحث المريض عن واسطة للعلاج في مستشفيات الحكومية فاهلية العلاج في المستشفيات اصبحت معقدة جدا

@GreggWStone We do see it very common , we leave it and follow up angio showed exactly the same. While if we stent ostial LCX with baseline normal ostium only for plaque shift or effect of stent we noticed paradoxical ISR at CX origin which difficult to treat later.

@VPanoulas We do same, If single access used it easy to leave 0.035 inside then close proglide or prostyle as usual , while if radial used for procedure then before pulling the impella out puncture impella sheath and introduce 0.035 wire then remove the device and close
