Nearly all major CTO studies r negative for major end points. With so much of radiation, dye load, risk of complications, it would be prudent to revisit indications of CTO revasc. It Shld not be just a ego boost procedure for the IC.

Nicely handled. One more way to address these small branch wire end perf, is to put a MC in the branch and apply -ve suction pressure from a syringe, it collapses the vessel, and seals the perf.
