Some equipment has been sent to Garowe, Puntland for the new Garowe tog bridge project (145 meters). It is being built by the same contractor, TTN. Construction continues in Garacad and will finalize in 2024. You will never build a port in Hobyo after Garacad is finished.
Garacad Jetty port management failed to pay the Turkish contractor building the port, and the contractor quit and took all their equipment. Garcad Jetty Port had zero economic value, and the management team's goal was to jeopardize Hobyo Port. As I said, Pirates can't run a port.
