The Garaase dude is well known. I've seen reports of money he took from Arta's Ali Khalif/ina Salad Boy/Jabbuuti in 2001 busted by @ismailwarsame to destroy Puntland. He was also crowned by the Kacaan during their last year. He was behind what was going on in 2023 in Nugaal.
