@pip_net Es wurden gestern 53 mio Aktien zu 1,60 platziert, gezeichnet von institutionellen Investoren, AR und Vorstand. Das Governance technisch eine absolute Vollkatastrophe bei einem Marktpreis um die 2€. Soll der AR nicht im Sinne der Aktionäre handeln?!
