@commonsense6174 Excellent summary. Cost cutting alone won’t save them (us?). We need to see profitable growth asap. A conjunction of profitable growth and additional cost cutting would be magical. Sales and marketing is the 20/80 element that will change everything.

True. That's why it's very important to assess whether $QRTEA is a dead business or not. Why do people buy there? Why do others buy elsewhere? Dead business or bad management?
