@stasscamp My master’s degree and job as a professor of nursing would indicate otherwise, but I’m sure she’ll try. Of my 9 children, seven are adults. You’ve got to be flexible and let them live their own lives! My kids come over almost every Sunday for dinner because it’s always offered.

Yeah, hi, it’s me. I was the autistic kid in the classrooms in the 70s and 80s. When I was a kid, they thought girls couldn’t be autistic, so instead of a diagnosis, I got to spend life being bullied horrifically for acting differently than everyone else. It’s so awesome that all.

No matter what your stance on vaccines is, this is highly unethical and, if the patient or parent refuses and she continues, it’s assault and battery. Informed consent is a cornerstone of healthcare and patients/parents have the right to refuse.
Met a nurse today who said she tells patients, “I’m vaccinating you with…,” and doesn’t wait for them to agree. She explained there’s no time to debate, the vaccine is necessary, and by the time they realize it, it’s already done. Are you serious? We need to start reporting.
