A new legend just dropped: the mythical menopausal maiden, endowed with magical virtues for first time mothering far exceeding her decades younger prime self. This is even better than the noble savage! It’s almost as if the more obvious the truth, the less willing modern people are to admit it.
@upward_thought @judasempr Estrogen levels may decline with age, but so does impulsivity and reckless decision making. older parents tend to be more patient, financially stable, and emotionally mature (things that actually matter in parenting.)

@judasempr I never said anything about taking rights away. Do you not have something better to do with your time?

@CanD0Y @judasempr Both common sense and the decaying performance of today’s older parents disprove your valuation of differences.

@judasempr Poor people and less energetic people, definitely. Average salary increasingly, given inflation. And we can add those riddled with mental health problems, the obese, or those who do not have happy, healthy marriages.

@judasempr I hope, for logical consistency, that you frequently begin road trips with an empty tank of gas, and go around arguing that that's just as appropriate as filling up.

@judasempr A woman’s estrogen peaks on her early twenties, and as it wanes, so does her mood, energy, and brain activity. Babies should have mothers in their prime, not in the age range of grandmothers.

@lysathenaea "Who will enter?" filters out nearly everyone, but "how far will you go" stratifies even further. The cost increases geometrically with the distance traversed.

RT @Sir_Notle: Explicitly acting and living like Christ is the greatest way to offer others hope that they can do the same.
