They should sue not only the CDC, FDA and Federal government, but also, state and local municipalities, businesses, schools, HR, and any manager or supervisor that went along with this. Any medical provider or healthcare worker that did not provide informed consent, too.

Unbelievable. 😱 AB2098 will become law on January 1, 2023, effectively denying all physicians in the state of California the right to publicly share their medical opinions, under threat of suspension of their license to practice medicine.

I am so sorry this happened to you. You need to seek legal counsel and make those responsible take care of your medical condition including the CDC, FDA and Federal government. Mandates are not law, but they made people think they had to do this. It is not right! Stay strong!

Start the lawsuits at the management levels of all companies, then move up the rank and file until you get to the CEO. Then sue the city, county, state and finally federal. Mandates are not law.

Unfortunately, it felt that way with COVID. Vax vs unvaxed. Some of the comments from the vaxed including healthcare personal was unbelievable. There was a physician on YouTube that was really scary his disdain for the unvaxed. History has proven to repeat itself.

That is not legal! These vaccines were given under EUA. They should have been given all risks, benefits, side effects, how to report, etc,.. then a verbal and written consent obtained. If anything did not go by the book during the process, they should seek legal council.
