Perhaps instead of questioning the youth and energy of the @DOGE staff (19, 21, 23, 24, 25) @elonmusk put together, we should focus on the declining cognition of those still clinging to power who drove the country off a cliff financially. Pelosi (84), Schumer (74), and McConnell (82) enabled massive fraud and pushed the U.S. to a $36 trillion deficit. Isn't that the problem. And there still around.

China doesn't need us for either energy or autos. They now have their own domestic vehicle manufacturing and they have all the energy they need from Russia and Iran.

@LeeSmithDC We teach our children that bad actions have consequences. If the only penalty for blatant attempts to weaponize justice in order to influence multiple presidential elections is losing security clearances, they should consider themselves lucky. It's equivalent to a timeout.

@Jkylebass @SenWarren Warren wants more wasteful spending—it’s how she holds onto power, buying it with taxpayer dollars.

@JDVance So important JD, what’s wild about this situation is that the kid is doing some remarkable work, as a result people want to push for the death penalty even more because of some foolish prior mistakes.

We are WAY underfunding AI hardware innovation vs. China because we have the incumbents. CHIPS Act $$ went to cash-rich giants like TSMC & NVIDIA—who didn’t need taxpayer money. Trump’s next EO should direct @CommerceGov to allocate ALL remaining CHIPS Act funds and disperse to AI hardware startups—this is where the next breakthroughs will come. China is funding innovative disruption, we must too.

@KeenanPeachy $8 million for scientists to study how flavored cigarettes affect bisexuals and lesbians. Findings suggest that lavender-flavored ones cause Subaru ownership, while mango leads to an immediate birkenstock purchase.

Under @realDonaldTrump, USAID’s funding trended downward toward the end of his term, whereas President Biden reversed that course—delivering the largest dollar and percentage increases in the agency’s budget in the past two decades. We're seeing real time that putting in a corrupt President has consequences.

Well said @RickCarusoLA, there is a chance to rebuild LA with state of the art technology, envy, and in a way that becomes a model for future cities with this tragedy. Things must change though.

LA Can’t Afford to Wait - The Private Sector Must Lead the Rebuild Los Angeles is my home. I raised my family here and I’ve spent my life building here, creating spaces where people come together. And now, in the wake of the Palisades and Eaton Fires, I’m watching entire communities fight to survive. This is the single biggest disaster LA has ever faced—entire neighborhoods erased, over 40,000 acres reduced to ash, and more than 11,000 homes lost. The economic toll is staggering—more than $250 billion—and it won’t stop at LA’s borders. LA is one of the largest economies in the world, and when this city takes a hit, the entire country feels it. The US government has been set-up from every angle to fund businesses that lean left with your tax payer dollars.

The US Government gave the New York Times tens of millions of dollars over just the past 5 years despite paying relatively little money to the NYT in the years preceding 2021. For instance, in August 2024, the US government awarded $4.1 million to the NYT. The bulk of the funds came from the US Department of Health and Human Services at $26.90m, followed by the National Science Foundation at $19.15m

I can't stop laughing at this. Chuck Schumer and Maxine Waters holding hands and chanting "We Will Win" after losing everything just 90 days ago. The Democrat Party is toast.
