Voodoo are the kings of monetization on mobile, I think they paid $500M because:
-BeReal users are rich teens who are the exact users voodoo is targeting for their games
-They have been excellent at monetizing mobile apps and will likely accelerate product velocity
BeReal was acquired by Voodoo (French mobile app & gaming company) for €500M
