Iâm going to say it again: you need to test your recruiting process. Make a rĂ©sumĂ© with a fake name and a fake email of what a perfect candidate looks like and submit it to your recruiters. If itâs rejected without even a phone screen, you need new recruiters.

I have literally told male friends before: as long as a woman is coming at you â even if angry, or annoyed, or sad â if she is voicing it, sheâs yours. Congratulations. If she goes silent, youâve lost her. She has processed, moved on and mentally checked out. Itâs unlikely she.
A woman loses interest when she no longer finds you attractive and inside of a relationship that primarily happens after many ignored attempts at telling you what she needs from you.

@twinstantfamily In my experience if you use words like âtheyâre *legally liable* if your son dies or his condition is exacerbated while waiting on them, bc youâve repeatedly stated he is 3 years old & thus not eligible to be working â but insurance *needs* to check if itâs a work related claimâ.

@amylorrainelong I began wearing a business suit and heels. They ask about your career and then they also listen. Itâs terrible, but works. Iâve even done this when taking my car for service at a new place.

@binchcity I kind of like it. Swap the throw pillows so it looks intentional. Also, report it to the company if you hate it, itâs likely a mix up and someone else has the same issue (& your other couch-half).

Be a Travis Kelce, not a Simone Bilesâ husband (whatever his name is).
Simone Biles is one of the greatest athletes who has ever lived. We have never witnessed her caliber of athlete. To the point they have to disqualify her from certain moves SHE invented to level the playing field for other athletes. And here is her loser husband.

@ArmandDoma The United Helathcare CEO was a guy from Iowa. He attended the university of Iowa, then got a job at PwC for 7 years (as an audit manager), then joined United healthcare as an audit manager & climbed for the next 20 years until he became CEO one day. Many people find it hard to.

@PrToby2s It doesnât matter if she is or isnât, from a legal perspective it matters that they proved he is tracking her movements (thatâs stalking) vs tracking public info on an aircraft (bc it isnât her aircraft and thus not public info which she is or isnât on). They basically set him up.

@muheediva01 k. (Lowercase, no punctuation. Itâs like when people try to convey minimal effort, but making it lowercase and not adding punctuation actually took a lot of effort more effort than just âK.â.

I know this is going to sound woo woo and very conservative at the same time. I will preface it by saying Iâm liberal & pro medicine. Between approximately 15 women I know personally: half that were on birth control for 10+ years (HS to their mid 20s) struggled with.
What people donât realize is most young girls genuinely did not know the pill could affect their fertility. It seems obvious when you sit down and think about it, but many girls were put on it at 15 for acne or other issues. And parents typically trusted that their doctors knew.

@tiredofbsgal @jinbmore @TheRileyWilson @JulianCastro To start, make officers:.1. personally liable,.2. arrest them in cases like this,.3. creating a list of folks banned from ever being police officers. 4. Require educational program that include psych, empathy, leadership, etc. courses before just training someone to use a gun.

This headline is irritating at best and misleading at worst. IVF is failing couples, not women. During the egg freezing process I learned menâs fertility begins to wane in their 40s and their weight/diet, and overall health contributes to menâs fertility. But we focus on.
IVF is failing most women. The fundamental problem is that fertility is still shockingly poorly understood. But new research holds out hope of a revolution.

@RossFelix That too. In short, if a woman is coming to you with the gripes and big/annoying feelings, sheâs yours. If she goes quiet, itâs done and she has checked out. At that point, serious consistent changes & grand gestures & effort might get things back but itâs much much harder.
