Ok after reflecting on the 1.5 years as CMO for a B2B SAAS company here are my worst and best decisions.
Two Quick Axioms:
Axiom 1 - Main role of CMO is generating momentum or keeping momentum. If you lose the latter, revert to the former. Rinse and repeat.
