Absolutely agree with Bob. We must cut our losses with HS2 immediately. If we need extra capacity for freight, the reopening the Great Central Line,where the trackbed is still there, is a far cheaper and more practical option.

Our way of life is being undermined by all intrusive policies such as net zero, multiculturalism, EDI & ESG to name a few. These are the priority now rather than running effective & efficient businesses or services. We are no longer allowed to be proud of our country & history.
I’m in a weird looking glass zone that I know others have already got to. It’s like the government is irrelevant, whichever one we have, as soft power is so corrosive and strong. The only way to sort out the country is to starve woke ideology of oxygen in public institutions.

Yes we are, there’s a good reason too. The countries with double deckers has what is known as the continental gauge. Whilst the track width is the same as ours, the space between the tracks and the height of the tunnels & bridges are greater. Simply put we do not have space 🧵

Also they went at a decent speed of 20-30mph along London streets as was less traffic & no LTNs

Actually, Upton Park is very remote. You don’t just stumble across it. You have to specifically want to go there and walk a long way from Upton.
So unless there was an encampment in there, which happened a lot in Bournemouth, on this occasion it may not be who you think it was.

We care about anyone dying on the road. Cyclists, like all road users should follow the Highway Code at all time and be alert, looking ahead and around them to ensure they don’t hit others.
A child is hit by a cyclist jumping a red light …..
Lobby members are pushing for this action to be legal….
You MUST stop at red lights ….
