They’re also making less on paper, that’s including avg OT and benefits.
It’s a brutal job out there with the heat and cold (even with AC/heat).
The driver for our location is doing 350-450 packages a day. Absolutely brutal on the body too.
Increase pay = increased daily

My favorite Uber eats spot now costs $32 all in. A year ago it was $17. If I picked it up and didn’t use Uber eats it would be $10.
