@Bealoquebea @JCC_IBD @Y_ECCO_IBD Again, don't condone its routine use. Those who do use it have variable protocols. I use it in place of steroids to induce remission whilst I get an advanced Rx started or optimized (125mg QDS for 4 to 6 weeks). I do have a few select well informed ptns on long term Rx.

Just to add, this study looked at why vancomycin appears to work in PSC-IBD, but it's not powered for efficacy and at least at present we don't condone its routine use in clinical practice for Rx the colonic (or liver disease) in ptns with PSC.
