No one owns a wetland. Any such ownership of wetlands, forests and any natural resources was taken away by the Constitution (Art.237) and vested into the government as a custodian for safe keeping. The Constitution overrides grants given by 1900 Agreement, which wasn't law.
The Kabaka of Buganda owns the Lubigi land. There are people who owned bibanja in Lubigi before the NEMA Act came into force. Those people never lost their right to own their bibanja. They only need consent from NEMA before they develop them. They also pay busuulu as bibanja

My friend these are facts as seem by the court not it's decision. The court believed that these facts support the exceptions to the Foreign Act of State Rule as a public policy consideration. The matter has been referred back to High Court for hearing on merits.

The opportunities in a month to make an extra buck over and above ur salary are immense. Drafting sales agreements, registration of Co.s and land, IP, even representing your own clients in cases. Ur bosses dont overtly refuse, it's how law firms work.
