Nostalgia. The CHOSEN 30 are indeed lucky. CLE was a defining point for me. The networking, the skills nurtured and those acquired, the mentorship. Every achievement after my 3rd year at law school can be substantially attributed to the CLE journey.

Corruption is a vice that once left unchecked can snake its way into the ''new normal".. students are exposed to corrupt acts everyday, within schools,at home and just about anywhere and if nothing is done against it they'll grow up to believe it's okay for these acts to happen

is never about what a person is wearing. Wearing the longest fits or a short skirt has never protected me from being assaulted. Every time I get out of my house, I'm more worried about being harassed than by the possibility of having my bag snatched from me.

Once, I was on a boda and another boda guy tried to run his hands up my legs. For context, we are stuck in traffic. Another time, I was walking in front of Mega, a group of men started catcalling and hi-5ing each other like what it is they were doing was some heroic shit.
