Hello! I get the bus regularly, would agree there's too much waiting.
I have met with First, and the main problem they have is recruiting drivers, which affects service levels. Some didn't come back after covid, Brexit is a factor, as is competition for drivers across sectors.

A reread to get some chronology facts in order for a piece I’m writing. This is a brilliant intro to a daunting figure. I particularly enjoyed the chapter on the ‘French Invasion’ of Lacan, Derrida etc in 1966.
