Of course, the closure of @CCA_Glasgow in Glasgow from December until March has nothing to do with this decision to delay @CreativeScots multi-year funding CS previously provided £640k/year to the CCA. How much will be available under the new deal?

“Other funders”, of course, includes @CreativeScots - the CCA was previously a RFO (Regularly Funded Organisation) to the tune of £640k per year or £1.92 million over 3 years. Obvs, it’s to be hoped this funding continues as part of the new multi-year funding arrangement . . .

@GlasgowCC is aware of the challenges facing @CCA_Glasgow & agreed a few weeks ago to provide financial support to get them past the immediate crisis to a sustainable long term future. We’ll continue to work with them & other funders towards that outcome
