Hello, my fellow Hunger Games fans. I have seen the screenshots. I do not, nor have I ever, had the ability to share the 4 hour cut. If I did, I would gladly share it with all of you. Anyone claiming to have gotten it from me did not. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed. 😔.

@laloskasa 1/? (Spoilers).Hi! I haven't seen the theatrical release, but I'm happy to answer any questions. One thing I can say is that Sejanus and Coryo's relationship is heavily explored in the DX. You see a lot of their connection to each other and really feel the weight of the betrayal.

@laloskasa 2/? They spend a lot of time making you feel like Coryo can be redeemed until the very end. The end where he's hunting for Lucy feels like watching a horror movie, he's so unhinged. This def gets trimmed down. There is also a scene with Lucy and him at the lake that is so sweet.

@eatingthedisco He easily spends what felt like 10 or 15 minutes in the woods. I specifically remember that scene went on forever. He was hunting her like a horror movie villain.

@mizzennie Coral is a bad bitch. Every tribute gets like a very quick scene of them at certain parts, but she is bad girl Supreme and probably the most memorable tribute after Lucy and Reaper for me. She was so conniving. The arena scenes almost all focus on her and she slays.

@sentihannahh I truly hope they release it. The fans will pay to stream this, and it's such a great cut. It will be very popular with fans of the books as there's so much "little stuff" going on in every scene that gets cut out of theatrical releases.

@everlarkhq Unfortunately not much of Sejanus parents. There's a big moment where they show their appreciation for Coryo after their son's death and there's some emotional lingering on that.

@reapermybeloved The food exchange doesn't happen, unfortunately. But they show one where they keep a respectful distance from each other and kinda look out for each other. I thought it was really sweet, because you can feel they're just two scared kids in a horrible situation. Very humanizing.

@lucygraybairdy She got a lot of screen time for not really having any lines. She stayed up on that pillar a lot and she kinda looked out for Reaper when he was doing his thing. She just didn't want to die. Poor baby. She deserved better.

@bareylena @akmuryaa there's this churning feeling in your stomach when you're watching it. Like there's a moment where he genuinely just wants to find her and talk to her, but then the tone shifts and he's so ready to hurt her, it's almost scary. Excellent acting by Tom Blyth.

@bareylena @akmuryaa There's a scene where they're laying together by the side of the lake, & it's just so romantic. You really feel like Snow could've chosen a different path for himself & made it all work. And that makes the depravity of the forest scene (which is 10~ min in this cut) even scarier.

@TlGRlSSNOW She's not super big in the DX, but the scenes she's in it's obvious how much she cares for him. She's especially present in the beginning and end. It's devastating how crushed she is when he comes back and has fully given up on being a good person.

@everlarkhq Marcus is salty about Sejanus leaving the districts and is super moody about it the whole time. When Sejanus sneaks in to pay respects to Marcus overnight; deeply emotional. There's also an amazing scene where one of the boys drags the flag over the bodies of the tributes.

@snowplinth (Spoilers). IIRC Coryo was digging through Sejanus' stuff and found the photo of the two of them together. He looks like he's about to cry when he finds it. Very touching and showed you how deeply Sejanus cared for him, only to be sold out for clout with the Capitol.

@Alienwithname There's several scenes showing Coral's little alliance and how it grows from her appealing to their desire to survive to her stranglehold on the group. Mizzen and the rest of the group gradually get resentful of her leadership, but never do anything about it.

@croissantom How many songs does she sing in the theatrical cut? I counted 3 in the final, one for each act, and they all got a moment to shine. They were NOT cutting ANYTHING for time in this movie. Lingering stares and emotional gravitas everywhere.

@everlarkhq I love the scene where Coryo and Sejanus are working with the birds. Coryo confronts him about working with the district civilians and then records him? Vile shit. Sejanus was too real and a genuine hero to the people. He wanted to help. 😭.

@AJontherocks There were three songs, one in each act. From what I understand, the theatrical release cut some of these songs short or entirely. Lucy sings a full song each time in the DX.

@balladbaird Did they keep in the scene where Lucy, Coryo, and [maybe the covey?] were in the hallway and they kill(?) that one guy? One of the people implies that Coryo is complicit and he needs to cover it up.

@dovebaird @laloskasa A heavy theme for the film I saw was the two being contrasted. In the academy, in the arena rescue where Coryo goes to get him, and in the districts when Sejanus is helping the civilians with some sort of plot. It's all very intense. You really feel the weight of Snow's betrayal.
