The Russians can successfully jam civilian GPS, mostly causing problems to repurposed civilian drones.
Military GPS is much more resistant and I doubt the Russians have the capability to jam it in widespread areas for longer time.

Have a look at Ukraine. They’ve lost 9 Polish Krab howitzers already, most of them due to ammunition cook offs after being hit either by counter battery fire or drones/loitering ammunition.
Meanwhile the better protected PzH2000 did withstand such attacks successfully.
