I don't believe Zambia should be a Democracy. We don't have the tools to sustain a meaningful one yet. In fact, it holds us back significantly. Kenneth Kaunda wasn't a perfect leader, but he was right in dispensing with multiparty democracy in 1972. Understood his people well.

Ethnostates tend to be better operationally though full secession is difficult. A 'One Country Two Systems' arrangement like China-HongKong or Russia-Chechnya would be an ideal compromise. Luo nation must separate themselves from Bantus if they're to reach their full potential

@waweru Low trust/ethnocentricism groups have problems with complex cooperation at scale that's why even most businesses in Bantu Africa are sole proprietorships as even cooperation between family members to achieve medium/long term goals is a challenge
