Warm welcome to my new German followers and haters! Let me tell you a few interesting things you don’t know about me with a reference to Germany 🇩🇪: 1) I have complete German high-school and university education (ich bin Deutsche Bildungsinländerin mit Abiturzeugnis 1,5 und habe ein Studium von Uni Heidelberg mit 1,3 absolviert) 2) Germany was like my second “Heimat” and I very much have German mindset in terms of logic and rationale 3) I coined the following term long before this genius Habeck became your economy minister: Germany is the “Jim Cramer of geoeconomics”, which means that if a country wants to be on the safe side in economic terms, it must do exactly the opposite of what Germany does. 4) I still have many German friends and former colleagues and I wish nothing more than the return of common sense and economic success for Germany. If Germany goes down, the whole EU project with the rest of 26 members will go down too. 5) The German Zeitenwende has been a lie right from the start. Germany has to find the golden ratio between reviving the industry and competitiveness without relying too much on China, modernizing and improving security and defence without relying too much on the US, and slowing down and rethinking the goals of decarbonization without relying on Russia and China for critical raw materials, commodities, rare earths etc.
