Put the strikes back on @INTO_NI @NASUWT_NI no progress being made, still no offer on the table.

@stephenblevins9 @liam_mcguckin_ Schools need proper investment, so teachers are not having to do fundraising year on year to get the provisions and investment needed to maintain and upgrade the buildings. We need to be able to go home and not spend night after night working with no end in sight.

@liam_mcguckin_ @stephenblevins9 Fair enough, but why did you agree with the deal? We disagreed because the work load issue is not being tackled at all. There have been no changes I can see since the negotiations began 2 years ago (except time budgets).

@robbeorn Hi, could you ask a couple of question to ask Mr Givan. "Management Side also recognises that the workforce reviews included recommendations on workload." What does this mean "A range of these have already been implemented,"ย what has been implemented?

@OTeacher223144 @INTO_NI @UTU_edu @NEU_NIreland @NASUWT_NI @NAHT_NI Totally agree, it was an embarrassing interview. Mark is completely out of touch with his members. We have made no progress on Workload issues at all. Misinformation, seriously it was a bad offer.

@StephenNolan @paulgivan @BBCSounds Embarrassing that he thought the offer was good enough. We should hold out for the MLA offer.
