Again...they don't include Phil Shoemaker who won 4 times in my winter indoor simulator golf league, and twice this spring including our club's par-3 competition.
It is almost like the USGA has a criterion that separates real golf leagues from all others.

Just returned from Pinehurst area on 2nd golf trip of the year.
The courses are beautiful and weather great. All in all, I hit the ball well and had a blast.

Once I came home to find kids riding bikes and scooters down my driveway. (It's the steepest in the neighborhood and at the end of a cul de sac). The perfect place for them to shove-off and get speed.
I had to tell them 5-6 times it was OKAY. They could keep doing it!

I'm a terrible photographer. The courses were in beautiful shape; hard to tell from these photos.
I birdied my final hole; Catalina 18. 6" from an eagle.

I was never a good 'green reader'.
For years I made it a point to ask great putters for help w/ reads, or I asked about their read. I focused on trying to see what they see.
In the past 4 weeks, when their reads have been off, mine have been right.
